I made this sculpture thinking of the Hamilton waterfront. I was looking for a slightly scruffy and anemic look for this osprey as it ascends from the tattered shore landscape of the bay

I love the contours of the wing! The base is amazing too, I looked at the detail.. all the fish and stuff, so awesome.

This is one of the most beautiful osprey sculptures i have yet to see. They've got to be one of my alltime favourite birds. This almost looks as if it were painted onto paper somehow, the detail is just awesome.

It's a very natural and dramatic piece. You did a wonderful job. :heart:
